They damaged my car by putting chain or metal through rear tire well

I did not see the damage to the passenger rear tire well in my navy blue PT Cruiser when it arrived, as the car was downloaded along a country road, with the passenger side of the car in the weeds. From the front and back and the drivers side of the car all looked good, but was very dirty and full of dead bug marks . However I didn't want to walk through the rough growth to examine the passenger side closely. I didn't realize that I had to examine the car inch by inch. It was very dirty especially the rear of the car, as I couldn't see throught he rear window. It must have traveled rear first on the carrier.

Unfortunately, I didn't really look at the passenger side of the car for about 5 days. It wasn't until I went to unload some things from passenger side of the back seat that I saw the damage.

There was a large dent in the back of the rear tire well and the paint was gone, from this area as it was down to the silver metal. There was also a silver colored scratch along the rear of the tire well. They must have hooked a metal chain or something through this area to hold the car on rear foward.

This company will not cover the cost of repair as I didn't report it within 2 days. They tried to blame it on me and said that I probably ran into to something. If you see the pictures will know for sure that this damage is not possible by running into something. I sent them pictures, but they said I probably did it.

This company is irresponsible and should not be trusted. They also were not the company that was to pick up my car. Another company was assigned and I didn't knwo what was going on when they came early. Then 2 days later the company that was assigned to transport my car called for pick-up
