I was very nervous about using this company out of the blue. This was the first time I've ever done anything like this (shipping a car). I received several quotes, and this company was very competitive. I was convinced to use the company after Ronaldo called me and carefully explained the process. He was very attentive and helpful. He required a deposit of $200 payable by credit card. The balance of the contract, $550, was due on delivery. All of his phone calls and all transactions were followed up by emails. The transporter arrived on time - actually earlier than we expected - on Friday. The driver was very friendly and courteous to my wife who had the duty of taking the car to him at a predetermined location. The car arrived in CA on the following Wednesday, the day advertised. My son, who received the car, reported similarly that the driver was as courteous as could be. It arrived with no damage.
I would definitely use this company again and would recommend this company to anybody looking to ship a car cross country.
