This company is complete trash, I was supposed to have a Mercedes delivered a week ago and they keep telling me the car is getting picked up and will be delivered by the afternoon. I have had to pay a whole week of rental car fees and taking off work multiple times due to their ineptness. They are completely uncaring of customers issues, gripes, complaints and just shrug you off. Avoid like the plague will open a BBB case if my car isn't here by tomorrow.
