BEWARE: Horrible Transport + Customer Service

As soon as the salesman had the money in full to transport my new 2022 Bronco fr Florida to Utah (and btw, my bad for not paying the extra for closed transport, but the difference was significant!), all semblance of prompt communication and customer service went out the window. A "two week maximum" promise and window turned into almost 6 weeks, and I wasn't able to ever contact or hear form the driver until the day before he dropped it off... DAMAGED. There was a dent on the hood but because I was out of town on business, a friend signed for it and didn't notice it. Rather, he placed it in my garage and it wasn't driven or touched until I returned and saw the damage. Of course they denied responsibility as did 'Luis Rodriguez Transport' - the carrier (do not use them either). Both companies are a nightmare - choose elsewhere and choose wisely - wish I'd checked all of the one star reviews for Acertus.
