There is no reason cars should be coming multiple days beyond their predicted time of arrival

I signed the contract and paid a full amount on September 26th from Colorado to California. They didn't pick up my car at the dealership until 10 days later October 4th and today is October 9th and i still have not received my car. I had to call them everyday to ask the status of my car. They kept saying my car will be there today but it has been over 5 days and they are not sure when my car will arrive. If you plan to ship your car from this company, make sure you call and follow up and don''t expect your call will arrive within 1-5 days (per their contract).
