Misrepresentation

The owner of the company contacted me personally and is the only person I dealt with. I was promised my car would be picked up. (STANDARD SERVICE: 80% choose this plan. Vehicle will be picked up WITHIN SEVEN DAYS from the first day vehicle is available for pickup.)

After 14 days and several excuses my car was still waiting for pickup and I was told instead of a reduced cost, I would have to pay an additional $150.00 to get picked as it was the best he could do. (STAND BY SERVICE: Vehicle pickup within 14 business days from the first day the vehicle is ready for pickup. YOUR COST WILL BE REDUCED UP TO $150.)

Obviously I was disappointed after sitting on the East Coast waiting 2 weeks for my car to arrive from the West Coast and still no transportation in site. I was expecting to pay $849.00, all inclusive, plus the promise of a discount. (MENTION DISCOUNT CODE: AAC94205 and get a $25.00 discount !!!) This would have made my total $824.00.

Now, I am again searching for a transporter. Hopefully, with better quality of service.

This company has been under new ownership/management since 9/08. Jimmy Phillips is no longer associated with Absolute Auto Carriers.
