Able Auto transport was not able to move my car

This was the first time I needed to move a car by car transport. I did my research and read the reviews on AAT's website. They seemed like a reputable company. The date for pick up was very importnat because my daughter was moving out to Califiornia and needed her car to start a job. I booked the reservation with Able 3 wks prior to my pick up date and was told the car would be picked up within 4 days of my request date. No one ever called me the date of 5/27 came and went. I called them everyday asking when the car would be picked up, they alwasy said they are working on it should be any day now. 8 days went by no call and no driver assigned. My daughter is in jeapordy of losing her job becuase she does not have transportation. I called today and cancelled my order with Able Auto and spoke to another company that will be picking up my car tomorrow. Able aurot transport just keep telling you lies to get you off the phone. They're service is bad. Kept telling me they would call me to update the status and never once called. Don't fall for the testimonials on their website. They can't move cars when you need them to!
