All I can say is, WOW! I was given top-notch customer service and was informed of all the steps of transporting the new car I bought on an online auction. In the past when I had transported another vehicle with a different broker, it was a nightmare and the broker was never available to me or my calls and it took them forever to get it picked up and they charged me more than they quoted upon delivery! Abbott guaranteed my total would not change and they were available for my calls. This time everything was perfect, even better than I expected! From the first call, I could tell these people are more courteous and informed than any of the other brokers that called. They told me to keep my credit card in my purse when I placed the order and that the deposit is not due until they dispatch. As requested, Christa provided me with their insurance before it was picked up so I could be certain my new car was fully covered and I did not worry while in transit. My new car got here quicker than expected and the transporter was so efficient and professional. I couldn’t be happier than I am with Abbott Auto Transport and will tell all my friends and family that they can also rely on Abbott for all their transport needs!
