called to arrange transport for my son's vehicle from college, and was very worried, as the driver would have to deal with a students schedule, and pickup near the state university. The transport company called on his cell phone a day before, made a pickup plan with him, and from that point on the rest of this arrangement went well. I will use their service next semister to do the reverse transport back to school
