At both ends of the transport they were late with pick up and delivery,
They called us with times for pick up (1PM) we ended up driving the car to them at 5 pm as we drove from Canada to Buffalo and they still hadn't arrived at our hotel by 5pm. The phone went unanswered when we tried to call and had to get our broker to contact them for an address to take the car to.
At the other end in California they called us at 9 am and told us they would be there at 10 to 10:30am. They finally arrived at 3pm. causing us to wait all day.
No paperwork was issued at pick up and no receipt for payment at delivery.
All in all very unprofessional.
