drivers window busted / no reimbursement

Driver gave me a time was a day and a half late waited with my kids at a teuckstop for six hours after getting a second delivery time. One of the cars behind mine was broke down I even helped push / steer the car off the trailer in the rain. Finally he pulls my 1960 Cadillac off and tells me my window on the drivers side door busted in transport, he gave me a conditions report and told me to get it fixed and he would take care of it .that was 7/18/12 it is now 4/23/13 and still have not been reimbursed for the window that had to be custom cut and installed. I have been promised time and time again that he was sendind me money but now I guess I will have to file a claim against him in small claims court ,and better business burea I am also going to contact the state attorney general's office so maybe they can do something to stop AJ international inc from doing business in PA . Tired of being lied to by this clown!!!!! I definitely would. Not recommend this carrier . They lie lie lie. I'm out $280 for damages from their transporting my car. No customer service at all!!!!
