Damage to vehicle

My vehicle was delivered to my destination in what I thought was the same condition by AGS Carrier out of Schaumburg, IL. I walked around the vehicle and found nothing new as to damages. I did not look at the roof of my vehicle. Unfortunately I signed off on it. After taking it out of the garage to use a couple of days later, I was shocked to find the roof damaged on both sides of the sun roof on top. It was obviously that some kind of restraints or removing the vehicle from the multi-vehicle transport truck, had damaged my vehicle.

I called the company that hired this transport company (AlA Express Auto Shipping) and they gave me his insurance company information. The insurance company was very cooperative and sent a rep to take pictures, looked at the damage. It was their determination that the damage could only have been caused by the carrier. I had not used the car at all until I noticed the damage and called them immediately.

AGS Carrier has not cooperated at all and claims no responsibility. I would never use this company again. A1A should never use this company again and I reported this to them though they did not put in writing that they would not use them again.

Please be aware that this is not a reputable company - and you can make the determination whether to use either company to transport your vehicle.
