These people are incredibly impatient, arrogant, and disrespectful ! For one, they showed up 2 hours earlier than the time they informed me of a few days prior. As for someone who's in the military, I can't just get up and leave Because they decided to arrive hours before the scheduled pick-up time! They also showed up at the wrong location and when asked to meet somewhere else, the guy threw a fit and told me I need to go find him. The owner of the establishment then called me and said the driver told him that, "I was being a waste of his time." Are you kidding me? I am beyond Pissed Off! My husband had to give this guy and extra $200 just to drive 15 measly minutes to the right location. Never Again!
