This company claims to operate within moral and ethical practices but does not. We dispatched a vehicle to this company, requiring proof of delivery. Once ACT supplied this data payment was immediately sent, cashed and finalized. Still this company then wanted additional funds for some made up excuse. Contracts are for a reason. When work is completed it is not normal for any Carrier to claim the need for additional funds. Standards are prior to work start. To make matters worse "ACT, Tony, then attempted to submit a non-payment review on our internal site. These actions are unacceptable.
