This was my first experience using an interstate transport company and I must say, it may be the ONLY company I ever do business with in the future! With the exception of minor issues with communication following Clinton's initial bid, there was never a time from my commitment to do business with ACD that I was disappointed with anything from communication, to information about our specific carrier, or what kind of service we would; and ultimately DID receive.

Upon my deposit to ACD, they immediately got to work finding a carrier who would best-fit my expectations, needs and BUDGET. Within hours, Clinton sent me a non-binding quote. When I explained to him that my budget was lower, once again, he went back to work, searching for a carrier that would fill the bill. Again, within a few short hours, I had my budget met with what turned out to be an excellent carrier. From the time of my commitment to do business, Hollie made sure to provide me with direct contact-info on the carrier, instructions on when to contact them, and set logistics for what would work best for both me AND the carrier.

With many carriers transporting long trailers on sleeper-designed trucks, it is rarely possible to deliver on residential streets due to turns and narrow roads. Such was the case with my delivery, so a rendezvous-point was set less than two miles from my house in a shopping center parking lot which made both the unloading of my pickup and the exit for the carrier a breeze. His call came at the approximate time he promised, and by the time I showed up to meet him and my purchase-vehicle, it was already unloaded and parked properly within the lot of the shopping center; ending what was a nearly flawless experience.

If you are worried or just curious about doing business with such companies, I strongly suggest you consider ACD Transport for your vehicle transportation needs. I did, and I can truly state in the strongest terms, I'm glad I did!
