My experience was very similar to all on here. Car left the yard 3 weeks later than it was supposed to, arrived in Toronto 4 weeks late, no one answered my calls or e-mails (but they were good at getting back to me or answering phones BEFORE I paid).. I called the place where I dropped it off and where I was supposed to pick up because I could never get a hold of ABR - both companies were totally frustrated with ABR and said this happens all the time.

Long story short, I FINALLY got an e-mail reply from ABR after sending a very rude one that simply stated the type/make/year of vehicle and colour followed by "F**king find it and tell me where it is" and signed my name. They wrote back the next day with the location as well as the dispatcher's number so I could track it myself from then on (guess what, the dispatcher actually answers her phone!!).

ANYWAYS my car is here, I have to pick it up today (here's hoping my stuff is still inside, car isn't damaged, they don't charge me more to pick it up..)
