Paid money upfront to have a vehicle shipped from London, Ontario to Burnaby, B.C. for my son. Driver never came to pick up car at scheduled time. Tried to contact ABR Shipping via email and phone calls. Never replied to emails and would not return calls. Got a hold of them by blocking my phone number and cancelled contract as they had violated the terms of it. Demanded a full refund. Again, waited for refund to no avail. Contacted again, blocked phone number again, and received partial refund in 2 days. Told would receive balance by the next week. Never got. Contacted again and demanded remainder of refund. Received within 2 hours. Only way I was able to receive the refund was by threatening legal action. Had already sent lawyer all emails from ABR.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Make sure company you are dealing with takes a credit card.
