I used ABR shipping to ship my car from Mississauga to Calgary in July 2012 and it did take them a little longer than they have promised but they delivered my car. When I needed to ship my car from Calgary to Niagara Falls after 8 months from that date I did not do any research on the internet because I though they were okay. I left my car in Calgary at their drop off location on March 31, 2013 and paid for the service on March 29 expecting my car in Ontario in about 2 weeks. So I've contacted Natalie on April 14 since I haven't heard from them since. Natalie informed my that their truck burned in fire and I should come and pick up my car from the yard. Needles to say my husband and I were already in Ontario. So my husband flew to Calgary and drove back to Niagara Falls, it took him almost 4 days as there was a huge storm around Thunder Bay. It costed us $900 ( $400 for the ticket and $500 for gas).Natalie asked me to call the accountant to inquire about geting our money back but the accountant doesn't pick up the phone. Reading the posts, it looks like the company is going out of business and will not return the money back voluntarily. I will seek legal advice shortly. Please contact me if you're in a similar situation with ABR shipping.
