I got a quote online from this company to ship my car from Ottawa to Calgary. I sent them $1000 to send the balance later and called them to ask that they don't charge any late payment. I could communicate with them via email or phone. I would send an email and ask them to call and they would.
As soon as they got my money the situation changed. "Truck driver was sick and left company", "Accountant is out of office so no refund can be processed yet" and finally no response via email or phone. I will be filing a complain with RCMP tomorrow.
It really baffles the heck out of me why this company is still on the net doing thesame thing to innocent ppl over and over again for over 2 years now!!
