This carrier damaged the car in front of me during the unload process, and refused to pay for repairs. Other damage believed to be incured during transport would not be covered because the deductable was higher then the total damage amount, and the carrier just refused to consider compensation. The carrier arrived at my location and using broken boards, with sharp edges, proceeded to unload the car with no concern to me telling him it was close to missing lower ramps with tires of car. A very unprofessional and uncaring company. The original delivery was confirmed by them and not met, then it took 3 days to find out where the car was, and they damaged it in front of me without paying to fix!!
