To make a long story short. I was a battered woman attempting to escape my circumstances fleeing from 1 state to another in hiding with absolutely NO MONEY. I moved from Florida with absolutely NOTHING but my car and few items. My friend found me find an affordable company and she even paid to transport the ONLY thing I have left. I was given a total of $568. I paid $218 by credit card and was told MULTIPLE times by the woman who called me to ensure that I have a total of $350 in cash which made sense given that my total is $568. I had already read the reviews after paying bc the man was so rude to me from the beginning. The guy who took the car attempted to tell me on MULTIPLE occasions that I MUST tip him. He threatened me several times through text to let him know if I AM GOING TO TIP HIM so that he can give me MY car the RIGHT WAY. This was NOT FREE, it was a TOTAL that was given to me and I agreed to that price. I cried and prayed bc I just got out of an atrocious relationship to ESCAPE an abusive man/ lost my HOME/ have absolutely NOTHING to my name and now this man was threatening and frightening me. I was told to call the authorities and seek advice, they suggested to call them for protection as I didn't feel safe ESPECIALLY w/ what I just had to ESCAPE. THANK GOODNESS I arrived w/ the State Troopers as this man from ABA Logistics was getting EXTREMELY irate w/ State Troopers and even threatened me to steal my vehicle. He LIED and told the cops I owe him $150 MORE. I had to show PROOF of the total the company agreed on/ the $218 I paid on my Credit Card/ give him the $350 cash payment they asked for. Considering the transporter REFUSED to give me MY CAR KEYS. He was about to be arrested but he was FORCED BY AUTHORITIES to do an EVEN exchange of accepting the $350 cash payment I owed him and I didn't pay NOT 1 PENNY MORE bc I brought the LAW w/ me. Because I am escaping an atrocious relationship and had to flea the state of Florida UNDERCOVER, I was ALREADY given the advice to give a DIFFERENT address. THAT WAS THE BEST ADVICE EVER bc this guy THREATENED TO STEAL MY CAR. I ACTUALLY live almost 1 HOUR AWAY from this location. I will be filing a report with the Attorney State Generals office first thing in the morning as well as a Police Report. Even though my address is about an hour away, bc I am frightened of this man, I will be going to a car lot and switching my car to a totally different vehicle and under someone else name. These are the measures I have had to take/ I may even seek counseling bc I can't even sleep and see if I can get this company in the NEWS. PLS DO NOT GIVE ACCURATE DROP OFF ADDRESS/ JUST DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. SO SCARY!

Dear Dee Marie, your unfortunate circumstances in life don't give you the right to scam business and drivers. NOBODY threatened you to take your car, you didn't find us on the street, you signed a contract to transport your car, and then you chose to be slick and PACK you car to capacity, then we gave you the option to unload your car or pay $150 for the extra weight, you agreed and we transported the car. On delivery, you, oh so innocent, had the cops waiting on the driver, like he was a thief, then you said you NEVER agreed on paying the $150 and because the original agreement said $300 you got your way. Your life must be really miserable that you go your way scamming people... I will pray for you.
