These people were recommended from the company my seller uses all the time. My wife called them and the lady seemed very nice on the phone. She said it would take 5-7 days to pick up our car so we paid our money and waited...and waited...and waited. They never picked up anything. Everytime I called they didn't know why my car had not been picked up, all I got was excuses. After 21 days I finally had to find another carrier. Why can't people just be honest. I have no problem waiting a little extra if people would just tell you that up front instead of lieing to you.
