I want to take my hat off to Mr. Michael Coop. Michael was very helpful and stayed with me thru this transaction. My daughter who is 18 yrs old never been away from home decided to move 1300 miles away to go stay with relatives she left without her car but soon decided she needed her car in arizona. I had no prior knowledge of vehicle transportation and was very skeptical and scared when she approached me with the idea of having a company move the car. After contacting AAA Transporters I came in touch with Mr. Coop, Mr. Coop walked me thru the whole process explaining in detail how this works he could tell that I was nervous and not really liking this kind of thing. Mr. Coop stayed n touch with every step of the way, providing me with his personal cell number so I could call whenever I needed him because of my work schedule I would often miss his call. He never once got aggravated or disgusted with my every other day calling sometime two or three times a day. Mr. Coop also provided me with drivers names and phone numbers in addition to the trucking companies names and numbers, arrival and destination times. My daughter call arrived on a Sunday, Mr. Coop was with us all the way. I would recommend you all at a wink of an eye. I am especially grateful for Mr. Coop and his patience and dedication he showed thru out this process making it smooth and comfortable for a mother of a teenager 1300 miles from home.
