I just want others to be aware in case this happens to you. I originally booked with Glen and after about a 30 minute conversation we were talking about the purpose of the deposit. Glen said it would be $100 and it's to assure the driver he will get paid something in case he ends up driving somewhere and there is no car available for pick up. I asked if once the car got picked up if they would return the deposit to which he responded "yes." A week later when the car was picked up my deposit amount changed to $150 but it did go into the total of 775. The car was delivered without any problems which is great and why they get three stars. A week after delivery I get an email from Micheal to go on PayPal for my deposit for $69. I emailed Michael back that the deposit was 150 not 69. After I got no response via email I called Michael and had about a 20 min conversation with him. Eventually he told me that I misunderstood what his employee said. I asked him to speak to Glen which he refused because he knows he would never say that. Eventually I told him thank for the service but I won't be using them in the future since he won't verify or honor what his employees are doing. With all that aside the car arrived well and I was happy with the service. However when I booked I did book with them because they had the lowest price with my understating of their "deposit." I hope this is helpful for people looking to transport their vehicle.
