Smooth and easy - first time shipping a car

We had never shipped a car and these guys made it easy. We were sending it to my son in Seattle who had just gotten a new job there. He wanted to drive, but that didn't seem to make sense.
AAA gave us a competitive quote and answered all of our questions. They understood that we were new to this and gave us great advice and tips on shipping. They did not press us to make a reservation at all, they just provided all the info we needed.
When we decided to ship, they got us a driver within days. The driver was professional and friendly and got the car there on time. I called Chris to check the status on day 10 and he told me that the car had just been delivered to the company yard. He gave me the number to call there, and my son had the car in <1hour!
Bottom line: these guys are professionals and have great customer service. I will definitely call them if I ever need to ship another car.
