I initially contacted the company about two weeks prior to placing my order for transport because I wanted to shop around for other quotes. Most quotes were too high, and some were transportation companies who transferred cars for car dealerships. We asked for recommendations for other companies and they ALWAYS came back with AAA Transporters so we decided to go with them. It wasn't too hard anyway because they gave us the best quote.

When I contacted Chris the second time, he remembered me from two weeks earlier which I thought was a good sign and made me more comfortable.
The entire process was very easy and Chris was responsive day and night to my emails and text messages.

There were no discrepancies in price, Chris even quoted me a lower price the second time I called.

The driver contacted me early on pickup day to make sure we would be all set for his arrival. We were told that it would take 5 to 7 business days for the car to arrive and it only took three and a half. We were pleasantly surprised about that as well.

I highly recommend AAA Transporters and would definitely use them again.
