Late for pickup. Trailer was delivered damaged. I contacted AAA Transport and they said to contact the driver. Why would I contact a company for transport which I paid to keep my interest secure and they tell me to contact the driver? You are my broker do something! That's why I pay you! I could have went through uship for half the cost. They just want the money and then they are done with you. Quote unquote". Don't hold the check because we will be liable then and it wouldn't look good in court". This company is terrible! My advice take a different option and require the broker to take some responsibility. The driver didn't get any insurance info from the person they had an accident with. They say they hand pick thier drivers. Not a chance!!! Guy couldn't even take insurance!
