Overall I was satisfied with the company. The only issue I had was with the driver on pick up and delivery times. We were told we would be given 24 hours notice for pick up and delivery. We were given an hour notice for pick up. I was expecting my car delivered on my day off and the driver showed up 2 days early. I had to leave work to handle the delivery and the driver was rather rude. If I did not accept my car the day he could deliver he told me he had no idea when I would get it. Other than the driver, everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. I would use the company again.
