My delivery was delayed multiple times. The company, that was hired by AA Car Transport, failed to inform both myself and AA about mechanical problems. This caused a severe delay in my delivery. Furthermore, AA did nothing to accommodate me for the delay. Excuses were made by both AA and the transport company.
