I used AA Car Transport to ship my car from Miami FL to San Diego. The driver (Vincent) was great. He called the day before to let me know he should be there for pick up around 8-8:30 am, when he came he inspect the car and then load it to the second ramp on the top. I must say, this is my first time doing it so I was very impressed with his professionalism. When he got to California, he called me to let me know he should come to deliver the following day in the late after noon. He came around 6pm. The car arrived without a scratch, little dusty from the way but no big deal. Yousel, who was my agent, was very caring and he called me once he knew my car was delivered to check all went well.
As it was my first time, I was a bit worried but when going with professionals there is no need too!
I would like to recommend them with all my heart. Yousel, Sam and Vincent were awesome!
