I work for a bank in the consumer lending department and we had a vehicle in a lot that we reposessed that needed to be transported to auction. I found AA Transport through a search and employed their services. Sam was my rep and she basically held my hand through the entire process. She was very gracious and communicated well as i would want any servicer to be. Everything went well, on time, and without any issues. Everything she disclosed to me was transparent, so i knew exactly what the service was to include and how it would be executed. Despite the operations being out of state, it was handled as if they were in the office next to me. I appreciate every bt of service they provided and would definitely use them again ... and again. THANK YOU SAM!
