I have given this company an excellent rating because of the experience with dispatch team supervisor John Voorhees. We had a need to have a car transported quickly. John made that happen under difficult circumstances. The car arrived on time. The driver was courteous, friendly and called along the route to keep us posted. The carrier was clean. Everything about the transport was satisfactory.

To be completely fair, however, I must disclose that my experience prior to speaking with John was less than satisfactory. I chose this company based on representations by the sales person. Those turned out to be inaccurate. After signing a contract, I was contacted by the driver who did not have the pickup scheduled at a time consistent with the representations made by the sales person.

When I called AA to complain I was unable to speak with my original sales person. I did however, speak with several people who were sympathetic with my complaints and who ultimately put me in touch with John Voorhees. John immediately made arrangements for our car to be transported within the time frame I had requested at the initial hiring. He also was very professional and courteous regarding the initial problems and took steps to correct the problem within the company. John made this transport an excellent experience.
