My first red flag was that A-A told me they could not find a carrier original dates of pickup. No change was made in cost, just in the contract. The pickup date came 4 days after the original latest date the driver for All Pro Transport Serviceshad the people watching my truck drive 45 minutes to bring him the truck. 4 days after my truck had left MD I called All Pro and did not recieve a call back. The next monday I called again and was told it was in texas stopped because there was a problem with the truck but to call wednesday and they could give me an aprox date of delivery. THat friday I called All Pro and was then told that the truck was in Oklahoma with problems. Confused I called A-A who then called All Pro and was supposed to have someone call back. They never did. Sunday night I get a call at work asking when I would be there to pick up. I did not answer, largest mistake of my life. I called back a couple hours after and left a message but did not get a call back. During the week I called A-A and All pro multiple times. I was told there were more turck problems, spoke with a neal who was very concerned but said he'd call back to ensure I got it. He didn't call. On wednesday night I was told to wait up and it would be there by midnight, I waited up and no one showed. Finally on Thursday at 10 I was told it would be there in about 5 hours. It came in 8 but I did get it. A true nightmare, I kept my end paying cash they were awful. Do not use they are not even the cheapest.

We are so sorry that Mr. Murja's transport company, All Pro Transport, had truck difficulties and was delayed in the delivery. We made many contacts with All Pro and stayed in contact with Mr. Murja to keep him informed. This was really all we could do. We understand from All Pro that the vehicle was delivered on 9/10. It is unfortunate that Mr. Murja has taken his frustration out on AA-Automovers; however, we do understand.
