The length of time from when I submitted my order to AA-Automovers to when the scheduled carrier delivered the car was approximately 3 and 1/2 days, much quicker than I had expected. The communication from AA as to when the car had been scheduled for transfer, and the communication from the carrier was prompt and allowed me to carry on my scheduled activities without waste of time. I talked with at least 3 employees from AA-Automovers, though not for long, and each was efficient and respectful in implementing the order. The employee who took my initial order, Tony Demcevski [tony@aaaautomovers.com] was particularly helpful. The condition of the vehicle upon delivery was excellent, and the manner of the person delivering the vehicle were professional and friendly. While I had scheduled initially for an open transport (silver level- as opposed to platinum) and for a longer period of time expected for delivery, AA was able to find a carrier almost immediately in the area from which I was transporting, and a carrier which was of higher quality (closed as opposed to open) to deliver my car in a much quicker time than I had anticipated, and for a price that was as promised up front. I chose the company, at least partiially because their ads sent to me by email seemed more professional than the other companies (even though some other quotes were lower, eg, $600 as opposed to the $755 which I paid), and AA-Automovers lived up to and performed beyond my expectations. While some of the other companies offering quotes did followups of their initial quote (as did AA Automovers), the information offered by AA Automovers was more specific and relevant to the credibility of the company. I am completely satisfied that I chose AA Automovers to be responsible for the move of my car.
