The Worst ever service!

This company had been contacted to transport my car from Chicago IL - San Francisco CA. The car was picked up 13 days ago on Nov 1st and I still do not have my car and it is Nov 13. It was communicated to me that it would take 5-7 days from the day of pick up to delivery and that did not happen. On it's website, it says it has 14 years experience, but when I checked them out on BBB, it says the company was instated in 2004, that is far from 14 years! When they quoted me a price of $904, they did not honor it and said it would cost $925. On the quote email, the following bullet points were: Get the VIP treatment you deserve at an affordable price: Customer service updates via email Follow-up phone calls On-line order tracking Courteous, professional service start to finish Well NOT ONE of the above happened! no Updates whatsoever. When I wrote to question delivery, no concrete responses. Very frustrating to deal with these guys! It's almost 2 weeks since my car was picked up and still no sign of it. I just don't think that others should fall for this kind of treatment by a service provider who claims to provide services they don't. Moving is very stressful and to have this experience of waiting for a severely delayed delivery is unbearable! I hope you will take action with this company ASAP for false advertising, not honoring a quote and ZERO customer service. Last but no least my rental car bill was doubled because of the late delivery, I wrote to get compensation by AA Automovers but as expected of cheats, not one cent compensated. I am just so shocked that this company is still in business. Because of this company, i have been scarred and on my next move, I am driving my car instead of leaving it with another automoving company.

Gideon Ong moved his vehicle in November of 2006. It is now July of 2009. All of Gideon Ong’s statements are lies. He has posted lies about us on this site before. His transport company tried to deliver his vehicle at the scheduled time but Gideon was not available to receive it. The driver had to take it to a terminal. We are sorry for Gideon that he is not able to move on and that he remains so angry for his own failure. We welcome feedback - even when it is not so complimentary. Truthful feedback helps us to improve our service to you. However, if you go on the internet and lie about us, we will address those lies very directly.
