This was my first experience with buying a vehicle and having it shipped to my home. I learned a lot. I contacted the shipper before all the paper work had cleared the car dealer. The car dealer said he would send the necessary paperwork overnight. So i contacted the AA-automovers to set up the move. The paperwork got to me after two days(the dealers fault) Then the post office took two more days to send the paperwork back to the dealer(also sent overnight). So- i had to re-do the shipping window. When you call the shipper to set up a new window i had trouble getting someone to answer the phone. it was an automated phone system. At the number to check on my move i always got voicmail. I eventually tried the dispatcher number. Neil was his name and he was great. He got the ball rolling right away. I just wish someone could have told me to talk to him. He found a truck pretty quick. Jerry was the truck driver. He had to deal with the car dealer not having the car ready to go. It was in the back of the lot covered in snow. Jery and i communicated as he came across a few states. The weather was pretty nasty that night. It all came out fine. I would still use AA-Automovers again. The car dealer maybe not.
