SK Trucking transported my car. They were a day late picking it up but did get it to Seattle on the first of two arrival days. My complaints about SK Trucking were that they did not return any of the three messages I left on their answering machine. I was only given a one hour notice for delivery that was begrudgingly extended to three hours so that I could get off work during lunch. The driver arrived one hour later than promised and my neighbor had to accept the car for me as I had to go back to work. There was not the 6-24 hours notice as in the contract. Also, I paid an extra $100 for a 1-3 day pickup and the pickup was on the fourth day, based on the two day notice and three day window to pick up.

I had emailed and left a voice mail for George on Sat about my concerns, he later said he passed the email on to his superiors that Saturday. Two days later I finally heard from a women in AA Transport about the situation but by then I had spoken to the truck driver.

It seems to me that once the deal was paid for, SK did a terrible job of customer service, and AA did at best an average job.
