Jon was sincere, frank, professional, honest and said what he meant, following through with exactly what he said, to facilitate a quick pick up and delivery of my car. He made no promises about what he could no deliver, but once he was sure, he gave me the reassurances I needed, and kept my mind at ease about the handling of my Mercedes Benz SUV. This was evidenced by the quick pick up and unheard of 3-day coast-to-coast delivery of the vehicle. I am pleased with the whole experience, and recommend without reservation the efficacy and honesty of A1 Logistics Services, Inc. The driver kept me informed, even speaking to me, during key transit points, letting me know about the expedited delivery, which pleased me immensely.
