I just used them to ship my car to AZ from NJ. They picked the car up exactly on time. Car got to AZ a week late. The web site was excellent for tracking the car. But when I called the company and asked them for help in renting a car as the transport was a week late, they said no. They told me that the car sat in NJ for a week after it was picked up and they said that they had no idea why. Finally the car got to AZ a week late. We had to drive an hour to a truck stop to pick it up since it was a Friday and they said that they would not deliver the car to my home until Monday. Car was delivered in excellent condition. This was all unfortunate. They picked up the car exactly on time and they have a great web site for tracking the car as it moves. I just wished that they had been on time or even close to on time. Always pleasant on the phone but they would not offer me any help in a car rental.
