A to Z transported two of my Corvettes and a S10 pickup. The two Corvettes were damaged. Andrea refuses to take any responsibilty for her driver that did the damage. The driver was Ashot Mclian who was hard to understand as he is from Russia. He was shown the damage when the car was taken off the truck and all he could say is how he could not have done that. The cars were looked over very carefully before the move. The front spoiler on the 82 was minutely loose. When it was delivered it now had a severe crack caused by the driver. When Ashot arrived he was in an old truck that he told me was just serviced and all the oil leaked out because they forgot to put in the oil plug. Both cars arrived dirty and the S10 was fine. I don't understand this as when I mentioned it all Ashot could say was the cars got dirty when they were loaded as it was wet. This is not true as I was present when the cars were loaded. A day and a half later I was able to clean both cars. This is when I noticed a large nick in the bottom of the 82 drivers door and the
bottom of the front bumper area on the 75 Vette. I reported this with photos to Andrea and was eventually told that I reported it too late and they wouldn't honor any claim. They even suggested that I damaged my own cars like I was tyrying to perputuate a fraud on them. I expect them to deny all off this report as that is how they do business. I you want you cars damaged this is the company for that.
BEWARE!

The driver noted on the condition report on pickup that the vehicles were wet and the spoiler was loose...Mr. lucero signed the report. Upon delivery, Mr. Lucero signed the condition report noting "No Exceptions" to the condition of the vehicles. the condition reports are the only assurance the drivers have that damages occured during transport and not after....It's hard to say why Mr. Lucero did not see or note a severe crack upon delivery. In addition, we always request a 2-3 day window for pick up and cannot commit to an exact delivery day, however, the driver accomodated Mr. Lucero's request and the vehicles were picked up on the exact day and delivered in the exact day he requested. He was not charged extra for this service. Mr. Lucero had the driver wait 1 1/2 hours at delivery and the driver did not charge for his "wait" time. The driver has offered to have this settled in court and would accept any decision the Judge deems fit...We are sorry that Mr. Lucero was unhappy with the transport and hope that he takes the driver's offer to appear in court to settle this descrepancy.
