Transporting our van

This is the second time that we have used "A to Z Auto Shipping" to transport our vehicles. The first time was to transport two cars within California; the second time we transported a van from coast to coast. The two moves were done without any problems whatsoever. Andrea at A to Z was very helpfull and pleasant through the entire process. She gave us a three day window to pick up the vehicles and the drivers were right on time. We wre called the day before delivery so that we could be ready for them. We called the driver midway though the move to check on his progress and he was able to give us a good idea of the delivery day. The vehicles arrived on time and in good condition. They were delivered door-to-door,although on our second move the transporter trailer was very long and could not turn the corner on our narrow road, but the driver tried his best. So we had him drop off our van at a better location close to our house. The next time we use A to Z we will know better and have the transporter drop of our vehicles at a location that can handle large trucks and trailers. We would have to say that the entire process went pretty smoothly,probably because Andrea's company has done these moves many times before and they know exactly what to do when it comes to transporting vehicles.
