I was a little nervous about shipping my brand new Lexus IS250 from Boston to San Francisco. I have extensively researched multiple auto movers, and among my top 3 choices, Samantha from A to Z provided me with a quote at least $500 less than the competition. That actually made me even more nervous, but A to Z came highly recommended by a good friend, so I decided to go with them.

Pickup was scheduled for the day before I was flying from Boston to SF. However, due to multiple snow storms, the truck was rerouted. Andrea was able to schedule my car on another truck two days after the original pickup date. Since I would have already left town by then, I left the car at a friend's place and asked A to Z to pickup from there instead.

Samantha and the driver worked really hard to accommodate my friend's schedule to pickup the car at a time suitable for her. The day of the pickup was yet another snowy Boston day. My friend's parking was too tight for the truck to get there, and the driver had to park several blocks away. My friend was not comfortable driving the car in the snow to meet the truck, so the driver walked the five or so blocks in the snow to my friend's place to pickup the car. Kudos to him!

The car arrived to California on time and in a perfect condition. Not even a single scratch. All it needed was a quick wash and it looked as new as it was in Boston. The driver was yet again very accommodating to my schedule and delivery location.

All in all, my experience with A to Z was an excellent one. Competitive pricing, honest communication, and excellent customer service. I have no reservations recommending their service. If I have to ship a car again, they will be the first to get a call from me.
