Promised car in 5 or 6 days and turned out to be 11. We needed it on a certain day and Andrea chose the pickup date in order to have it there on time. We could have sent it a week earlier if she asked.

Promised car would be delivered to a specific address but when it finally arrived in Florida we were told that if we don't pick it up in Downtown Miami instead of Coral Gables, they would drop the car at the airport and we would be responsible for all parking charges. That is extortion. The point they chose was 9.4 miles away from the contract point.

Undercarriage of car was damaged during loading or unloading.

For some unknown reason, they cracked open a window, so pounds of black soot could come inside and stain the nice beige carpeting and leather interior.

A to Z received their $195 fee up front, the balance was required to be a cashier's check to the actual carrier. They did nothing to help us get our car. We had to deal with the carrier directly. Upon delivery, the driver refused to give us any paperwork or receipt.

We need to ship the car back next year but I will drive it myself so that this slime won't get another dollar from me.

Ms. Pelleg submitted her order to have her vehicle delivered from CA to Coral Gables, FL on 8/3...She requested her pick up for 8/10-13 with delivery by 8/20. Her vehicle was picked up on time and we anticipated delivery by 8/20. Unfortunately, the driver was delayed by 2 days. In addition, the driver was not able to deliver to the residental address in Fl due to many trees lining the street and was concerned about scratching the vehicles on the top rack of his truck. Although Ms Pelleg's son had a friend drive him to meet the truck, the driver reimbursed him $25 for gas...In addition, we reimbursed Ms. Pelleg $25 for the inconvience. We were on the phone with Ms. Pelleg repeatedly the day before and day of delivery, . The driver tried to deliver the the vehicle the day prior to delivery but could not coordinate a meeting place that was convenient to her son. We were very much involved. In addition, the driver worked around her son's class schedule in order to deliver after he was out of school the following day. Ms. Pelleg's son went inside the vehicle and inspected it before paying the driver the COD that was due. After inspection, he signed the paperwork indicating no damage. This is the first we or the truck has heard of any problem other than the 2 day delay.
