I had a VERY specific timeline for pick up (a 1 day window to be exact) as I was only going to be in the state of origin for 36 hours and just wanted the car loaded prior to my departure. Anthony networked through trusted carriers they had used in the past to find someone who could pick up EXACTLY on the day I needed. Unlike all the other brokers that contacted me (and there were MANY), A Plus didn't ask me to sign a contract or give credit card brokerage fee deposit until after they knew that they had a transport driver who could meet my needs. Anthony called several times with updates prior to the match and was more concerned with getting a good match than he was with taking my money on the "hope" that a match would be found. Due to a meeting, Jaime was the representative that finalized everything. She had me hold while she validated EVERY detail with carrier dispatch STILL WITHOUT ASKING FOR ANYTHING FROM ME! A Plus has a reputation of having extremely high customer service for a reason...and this is it! Most of the brokers out there are looking for 1 thing only - your guaranteed finder fee money without regard if your vehicle gets picked up EVER. A Plus is NOT one of those. They post to central board with a realistic price that will get your car moving. Not the lowest quote you will receive but an honest one. The carrier in their network that actually moved my car was BEYOND GREAT, too. I read so many horrible reviews on this website about filthy, not taken care of cars that I was apprehensive about how my car would be treated. What was I worried about? Albert from Ideal Express is the greatest driver ever. Kind and considerate and took EXCELLENT care of my car. He told me a delivery date and was there on exactly that day. No worry; no guessing. Everyone involved in this transactions was a rose in a huge bramble of thorns. The focus is all about meeting YOUR needs. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with both Anthony and Jaime. I got EXACTLY what I needed; exactly how I needed it done. Kudos to both of you! Keep up the great work and your business will go far : )
