Horrible Customer Service

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this auto carrier company. They really need to improve their customer service. I recently moved from PA to TX and was looking for a service to transport my car. I got a quote from A Plus and the initial customer service was great. I scheduled a pick up date for a couple of days after my move to assure that I would be there to pick it up. My fiancee and I drive our other car from PA to TX.
After I placed the order and gave my deposit I did not hear anything back from them so I assumed that everything was in place. Days passed and my car did not get picked up. I attempted to call them and they would not pick up my calls but instead emailed me responses. It was very frustrating! After a while they got back to me and said that there had been mechanical failures to the truck that was supposed to pick up my car and that they were looking for another truck to pick it up... Fair enough I understand that things like that happen. Days passed and again they were not responsive to my emails or calls at all. However, they got back to me after 5 days and said they had found a truck but that I would need to pay 150 extra for the transport. It was not my fault that the truck had broken down and I should not have to incur any extra costs!
I decided to cancel my request since at this point I did not trust the company and they did not seem professional at all. My fiancee ended up flying back and driving down from PA to TX again. To this day they have not refunded my deposit and more than a month has passed (they said they would refund it at the end of last month). I have email and called on numerous occasion after that and they are not responding to my calls or emails.
