Folks I do not know where to start. Before hiring these folks they sent me a written quote and stated, and here I cut and pasted their quote, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OUR OPERATION DOES NOT DEPEND UPON POSTING YOUR VEHICLE ON RANDOM LOAD BOARDS TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE. ANY COMPANY THAT DEPENDS UPON POSTING YOUR VEHICLE ON LOAD BOARDS TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE SUGGESTS THAT THEY HAVE NO ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL SIT UNTIL CLAIMED BY SOME RANDOM TRANSPORTER". Well they did exactly to me what they advised here in quotes that they didn't do. In addition after I paid half up front I called and asked for the status and was told the truck was in route. Called 2 days later and was told it was good Friday and for me to call back Monday, I asked a few more questions and Eddie called me an idiot. My wife followed up the following week and they yelled at her and Eddie told her he didn't want to deal with her anymore and hung up on her. Now they won't return our calls. in addition they now have another broker calling us telling us that they wanted him to help move our car. Granted I don't know much about this industry but have learned a lot in the last 2 weeks. None of these guys own trucks and all use this board. The higher your price the quicker your car moves. Well this company operates under the premice they will get whatever they can out of you and post your car and let it set until when ever. Another real slick "tacky" antic these guys resorted to was they gave me a quote and when I told them I needed to think it over they said , and I quote, "this is our special and it will be ending sometime today". Today when i asked for a refund they told me it would be 10 to 15 days but they collected half up front from me and wanted it in matters of hours. In closing if you want your money taken, lies and false promises told to you, and want to be treated worse than any dog in America call these guys, if you don't want to be treated like crap PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
