So the carrier A-1 Pacific Inc. not only damaged my vehicle but also has refused to pay for the damages . It all began when the driver / owner of A-1 Pacific was driving my vehicle up the ramps onto his flatbed . All of a sudden the drivers side ramp fell down and the complete drivers side under carriage of my car came crashing down on to the flat bed . He pulled the ramp out to far and did not secure it properly . The rear tire shot it out . So here is my car laying on its under carriage and the owner just smiling at me . So I just stand there in amazement . The back end of the car is just hanging off the flatbed with no support . Just dangling there . I climbed underneath and you could see the rear of my exhaust pushed into the car . So it takes him 2 hours to finally get the car onto the truck and off to Seattle it goes to be shipped to Hawaii .

I contact his insurance company and file a claim . I get all the info that the agent wants and a couple of estimates . His deductible is more than the actual damage . The damage came to $715.00 to replace parts of the exhaust . So the insurance company denies the claim . So I contact A-1 Pacific . Let the goose chase began . He keeps requesting this and that and I get it to him . I even get up close and detailed pics showing the damage . He said once I get everything he will pay. Now, he is offering to only pay half because he does not believe he caused the damage . WTF ? I have videos with tons of pics when this happened . I wish I could upload the pics to this site as you would be amazed . This company is a joke and are liars . Stay away because if they damage it you are on your own. They is a very sad company !!!
