This had been my first time using a transport service and was nervous considering all of the stories I had heard. That was no longer the case within minutes of talking to Yezenia. She was very professional, straightforward, and most importantly patient with me. I had direct communication with Yezenia at all times even on the weekend. She was prompt to answer my emails and phone calls. She worked with me to get the most reasonable price at a time when money was very tight for me.
The driver picked up and delivered my car in a reasonable about of time and without damages. He was even willing to drop my car off in Orlando instead of St. Petersburg, due to last minute complications. I would use their service again and recommend it to other family and friends.
