The service was great. The broker was nice and informative. The carrier understood this was my first time having a car delivered. He took time to explain to me what the delivery was going to be. He understood this car was being delivered to our son who was away at college. As I stood and wathched them load the car unto the trailer, he took the time to come back across the street and reassure me that everything would be alright because he does this for a living. And just as he cared for the delivery of The Mercedez load he had had previously he would care for my sons' '96 Ford Explorer. Upon delivery to California, my son was in class and he waited until he got out. The service was great.
