Facts about experience with this company I had never shipped a car anywhere before. Jeff and Ellen were great about explaining everything and filling in detail as I asked different questions. They followed their process and the results were as expected – no surprises.
The price of the transport I think the price was about right – but don’t really know. The price did not change which to me was the important part of the deal (no surprises).
Information about damage and the claim process There were no damages and thus no claims (no surprises).
Time line of events including time for pickup and transport. As Jeff and Ellen explained to me - the concept of windows and how to ensure that the car hit the pick-up and drop-off windows. This all worked very well and they hit the promised windows a little early in both cases – although I picked windows that would have been OK on the later side.
A note too: I used this site to help me select a transport company – happy about that as well.
Recommend using these folks for sure – hope I don’t have to ship another car anywhere – but if I do – I will start with them. PatL September 2009
